Very happy with the product and customer service. I ordered the version without the app and later decided it would be wo[...]rth it to add it on and their customer service was wonderful. Product itself is very solid, the legs are solid metal bars which keeps it nicely planted, though at full speed it can still move itself without some bracing or more weight applied.
