Approaching the Chinese New Year, they went out of their way to set my expectation on timescales. They handled any potential QC issues from new factory staff by triple checking production and ensuring that I received factory photos for appraisal before shipping.

Even the carrier FedEx only added one single day onto my delivery timescale! During a state of pandemia when cargo space is so hard to come by, this was a very welcome and unexpected bonus.
