It's not overly difficult... but it is a hefty weight and you should be aware. I had to lug her upstairs and it wasn't fun! Well.... it was a lot of fun after we got upstairs... hahaha

This doll is amazing and even sexier than the pictures. She has light tan skin like in the pictures and description, the[...] breasts look and feel nice, and the height, bust, waist, and hip dimensions are correct. The box was packed very well (it even had a lumbar support for her back), and the doll was in perfect shape. Following other advice, to get her to sit up I hold down her stomach and raise the legs (I don't push up from her back) to avoid stressing the back. The joints are tight but move in every way you'd expect.
